Product feature:
1, fast penetrating agent is easy to dissolve in water, the solution is milky white, not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal salt and reducing agent, rapid penetration, uniform, with good wetting, penetration, emulsification, foaming performance. Under 40℃, the penetration effect is the best, and alkali hydrolysis is easier at high temperature. It is suitable for fabrics to be treated with penetrant before heating up below 40℃. Penetrant is not alkali resistant, can not be directly added to the concentrated lye, should first dilute the lye before adding penetrant.
2. The fast penetrating agent is a high efficiency penetrating agent, which is used to treat cotton, hemp, viscose and their blended products. The processed fabric can be bleached or dyed directly without boiling, which can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton and make the dyed fabric feel softer and fuller. When the green body is bleaching, it is best to clear the stock in advance to ensure the penetration effect.
3. When using penetrant, if too much foam is found, a small amount of defoamer can be added, such as GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate defoamer.
